A Message on Our Legacy and the Road Ahead

For more than two decades, Davin Healthcare has existed for one reason: to support the people who care for others. Founded by nurses and built alongside healthcare leaders, clinicians, and partners across the country, our organization was rooted in a deep belief that patients deserve safe, high-quality care and that healthcare professionals deserve respect, support, and meaningful work.

Together, we built something special. We supported rural and community hospitals during their most vulnerable moments, helped nurses and allied professionals find purpose and stability in their careers, and worked tirelessly to strengthen workforce pipelines in places where care was needed most. That legacy of compassion, service, and innovation will always define Davin Healthcare.

Like many organizations across the healthcare landscape, Davin Healthcare has faced unprecedented economic pressures in recent years. Hospital closures, delayed reimbursements, rising operational costs, and ongoing workforce challenges have profoundly impacted rural healthcare systems and the staffing firms that support them. Despite exhaustive efforts to adapt and sustain operations during these turbulent times, these forces have significantly affected our financial stability.

With heavy hearts and deep respect for all those who have been part of this journey, we are now working through an orderly wind-up process. Our priority during this transition is to act with integrity, transparency, and care. We are actively supporting the transition of services with our remaining hospital partners to other staffing organizations to ensure continuity of care.

At the same time, we are assisting our employees and clinicians as they seek new opportunities, providing guidance, references, and support wherever possible.

This moment does not erase what we accomplished together. Davin Healthcare’s impact lives on in the hospitals we supported, the professionals whose careers we helped advance, and the patients who received care because staffing needs were met when it mattered most.

To our employees, clinicians, subcontractor partners, hospital partners, and community collaborators: thank you. Your trust, dedication, and belief in our mission made this organization what it is. We are profoundly grateful to have walked this path with you.

As we navigate this transition, we remain committed to honoring our legacy by leading with compassion, accountability, and respect for every person affected. Healthcare is built on people, and it is the people of Davin Healthcare who will always be our most outstanding achievement.
